What's the difference between MLV and MDV?

MLV properties have been scrutinized by the local real estate board and approved as "fully saleable" meaning, they are ready to deliver ownership immediately.

MDV properties are usually properties that are part of a project in development and therefore may not be ready to be delivered at this time as they are not fully constructed or complete at this time.

  • Below the search criteria are the following headings: Address, Price, Type, BR (Bedrooms) and DOM (Days on Market). Click on any heading to sort.
  • Zoom in and out of the map by clicking on the "+" - "-" bar in the left top corner. (To zoom in you can also just double-click the mouse when it is over the map).

  • View Google Maps also in Satellite Image View, Hybrid View (combination of Maps and Satellite Images) or Terrain View - which shows the topography of the region, clicking on button in top right corner of map.
